I need help...
A little back story,
I bought 2 basket cases and obviously didn't take either one of them apart so I am having "fun" trying to build one car right now. I have a 1987 GN and a 1984 T Type. I am currently working on the GN and the motor built for this car is actually a 4.1 block. I have the majority of all wires finally hooked up after a lot of research here as well as many hours standing and looking for a home for each wire. A lot of times they just "fall" into place and are obvious but sometimes it is tough.
I am ready to fire the motor for the first time but I am not getting any fuel to the rail, I chased down the issue and found what I assume is the fuel pump wire running back to the fuel tank. the wire is a large gauge red wire with a fuse linked in and a round pin connector. I tried the "see where it lays" method and from the bends in the wire it seems that it was connected to the positive side of the starter but that makes absolutely NO sense. Where does this wire connect? I will post a picture in a few minutes to see if that helps. I am so close to hearing this beast roar and now I am at a stand still...HELP!!!!
