Fuel Pump recommendations

I need to replace my fuel pump and it's been a long while since I have purchased one. I saw Full Throttle is selling a Deatschwerks DW550 46mm In-Tank Pump (Check-Valve Equipped).
Not really looking at racing much these days but still would like to have a good one installed.

Thoughts?

Are you on stock fuel lines? If so, that pump would over-run the stock return line.

The bigger pumps are too much for the stock return line. Causes fuel pressure to be too high at low idle.
Pretty much need to stay under 300Lph if you have stock return line.
