If I did it right above is a link to the fuel pump on my 87 GN. I'm wanting to add the smc alky kit and 60lbs injectors with the tt chip and I was wondering if I would have to replace my fuel pump to do so?

Yep, if you wanna take a chance. Lots of problems lately with the Walbros. Do a search.

Take your chances and get the walbro..... it's about the only option right now. You may want to get it from a reputable Buick vendor, for example, Full Throttle Speed, as opposed to ebay, so if there is a problem, they will take care of you.....

The Turbo TA/Syclone/Typhoon pump is Airtex/Master E3270. It's not made by Walbro but is only slightly stronger than stock. $87 at Autozone, $75 at Advance, $71 at rockauto.com

I'd only buy a Walbro if they will give you a 90 day guarantee with it otherwise stay away until Walbro finds out what the problem is.
