can a bad fuel pump blow the fuse under the dash?

No, on that thread I asked what could be blowing the fuse, now I'm asking if a bad or weak fuel pump can blow a fuse ,,, read and understand

If the pump is shorting out, it will blow fuse. If bearings in the pump are seizing, the fuse will blow. If debris has jamed the rotor, the fuse will blow.
