fuel pump

So I was talking to guy named adam at the nats about my car popping out the exhaust while idling he said check puel pressure first, it was set at 42 but when I got home and checked it it was 38, so I turned it up to 42 with hose off & hose plugged. But when I drive it and accelerate it falls to 25, guess I need a pump, who's making good pumps?

i always used quad air (red armstrong) pumps with no problems. missed you at the nationals this year. john

Ok finally got my new pump in, it really woke the car up. Pulls hard all the way, i can see a tranny job in the near furture. It doesn't ping no more, putting out 15.5 lbs boost. How much boost can i run?

It still has alittle popping out the exhaust but goes away after car warms up, but the popping isnt near as bad
