fuel pump??

hi fellas, im havin a problem when i start up in the morning. it starts right up but then it shuts down, i have to crank it a couple of times before it stays on. im thinking maybe the fuel pump is goin bad...any ideas?? thanks!

where in Chicago are you? There is a shop in Joliet that works on some of our club members cars as well as providing chassis dyno tuning. They might be able to check it out for you. Fuel Pressure

If you don't have a Fuel Pressure gauge I would install one then you can see if you have a fuel pump problem.
