Does anyone know what size threads are on the fuel rail? I have been thinking about using braided line for both fuel lines. I was told that they are Saginaw power steering theads (?). The main thing that I need to know is if the make adapters to use braided lines. The part numbers would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

if the fuel rail fittings are those "saginaw" fittings, like used on the fuel filter, then Aeroquip makes some adapter fittings that are male saginaw metric on 1 end , and 37º "AN" male flare on the others. However, I don't know the correct size.

Aeroquip's catalog is online & available for download (http://www.aeroquip.com/pages/lit.html), check out these adapter fittings:

FCM2608 -06 (AN flare end) M16 x 1.5 (male saginaw end)
FCM2609 -06 M18 x 1.5

The Accel catalog (fuel injection section) also shows some similar fittings. Accel is part of the Mr Gasket group http://www.mrgasket.com/

let us know if you find a part # for the inlet side of the fuel rail on the pass side-

thanks-
