fuel wiring

hey guys! i have a question about my fuel line wiring, i havent been able to figure out how to get power to the fuel pump,i have a new walbro 307 pump and 30 lbs injectors, changed the fuel relay and it shows no power at all and all this was working fine before when the car was running about a year ago before a engine rebuild. i have no idea so if anybody could help me out i will apreciate thanks..

is the ecm working? if the ecm is bad or isn't working for some reason, then the fuel pump relay won't switch.
found that out when the pin on my stock ecm that gets battery power decided to break off right after i put a new fuel pump in.
look for the "check engine" light when you turn on the key- no light, no ecm for whatever reason..

yes i noticed that the service engine light wasnt on while the key switch was turned on but i have another ecm ill try swaping the ecm.if it also turns out bad what other ecm's that are compatible with our cars?

If you got a stock 84 ECM --it would be a good time to change to the 87 ECM
