Off the top of my head I would think it's a 79...but intake does not look like a 79. The carb is non ECM, so it's a pre 82.

Yeah, the intake looks like a 81+, turbo does looks 78/79

Intake is a 79 because of where the water outlet is. I'm not sure about the rest though.
