When this harness is used in combination with our upgraded in-tank harnesses the overall resistance is reduced from approximately 0.085 to 0.026 ohms.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial,Helvetica]When using a HP pump (Walbro, Bosch, Denso) this translates to an improvement of approximately 5.4% in pump performance. *[/FONT]

The yellow bulkhead connector is OE equipment and has been pressure tested, fitted with an o-ring seal and supplied with a new SS press-on retaining clip.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial,Helvetica]The bulkhead connector is a perfect match for the keyed hole the factory G75, G77 and many other G.M. senders so you do not have to drill any holes or make any modifications.[/FONT]

This in-tank harness is designed to work with most universal in-tank pumps which have 4.25mm power studs or smaller such as the Bosch and Denso units. This harness is designed to be used with our BCWA-G7 Bulkhead Wire and Connector Assembly.[/FONT]

Some senders may have different in-tank wiring configurations however the in-tank connector's terminals can be re-arranged with a simple paper clip to match.[/FONT]
[FONT=Arial,Helvetica]* Performance based on load tests simulating 60 PSI operating pressure at 13.5V in combination with manufacturer's published pump voltage vs. flow charts. Harness resistance tests were conducted with sustained 10, 15 and 20 amp loads measured between the WeatherPack connector and the pump's in-tank supply terminals.
The intermediate harness and bulkhead connector (less in-tank harness) will be available as an add-on for customers who wish to purchase a Racetronix G75 / G77 fuel pump assembly or [/FONT][FONT=Arial,Helvetica]fuel pump kit[/FONT][FONT=Arial,Helvetica].
