Depends on the motor.
I've driven real mild 3.8s you'd hardly notice it, and others where it's very noticeable. If you have enough engine, and a good chip it makes for lots of grins driving around. AT WOT it really can vary, some say you won't notice it until the 10s. If your using a stock intercooler, the choke point would seem to be more likely the intake side of the Intercooler.

I went from a 70mm tb to stock when I sold my speed parts. The difference in power at wot was small, the difference in throttle response was huge. Car isn't as fun to drive anymore

Motor has a bit of a cam, and a lil head work...

I have no complaints.I never tested it but I'm sure it made some difference.
