i'm in Australia and stopped to fill up. The price is per liter and the exhange rate is about $.82 US for $1 AU. That puts the their price of gas per gallon at the below rates in US dollars. "Regular" (our premium) is a bit pricey but price wise it seems to fall in line pretty quickly. How much does California gas suck!!!!!

We are paying $3 for 86 octane.

I was in Bridgeport, Ca last week and its over $4/gal there but only $3.10 in bishop. I heard one guy owns all the gas stations in Bridgeport.
