So as me and Brian made this piece one of our first times to come to market I always knew this would be a needed item...but when I started on my replacement of my GN I didn't realize how bad these rotted. Take a look, wild shiz. You will also see the new A pillar replacement piece prototype being tested on my GN as well.

I didnt know it was that bad when I looked at your car. Those parts can now save plenty of cars from being junked.

Take a look at today's work

Here is the prototype "A" pillar replacement piece. My upper A was rusted pretty bad and would flex a bit, so out with the old and in with the new

Viewer discretion is right, I am getting dizzy from all the $$$$ flying out your pocket. Hopefully I wont see this much rust when my car goes to the paint shop next month.

Finished the "A" pillar and ttop header replacement today. Finished out well. All measurements as before all angles and curve of the pillar exact. Impressed with the workmanship, now to get to the roof skin project tomorrow

awesome project. great to see you saved another american icon be scrapped ,sold to china only to come backas some cheap toaster.keep the progress pics. coming.great job.

Nice Job! I didnt know they had all that reproduction sheet metal!

Yup...I took a week off to get some of the fittings done, and catch up with the car to try to finish. Many of the parts are prototypes that we needed to fit first, then get into production. What also is not pictured are he bumpers, aluminum reinforcements, quarter panel trunk drop offs, seat brackets, and a new trunk deck.

Why something wrong with your camera?

It tip my hat to you sir.

I have crushed LC2 cars with much less rot.
Much less.

Wow...ummm, you took on one heck of a project there! Nice save!

Honestly my pleasure, and from this point forward we can stop crushing and parting. They now can be fixed for a reasonable price. Parts will be available soon. Just put new orders in for the A pillars as well as the roof and bottom ttop header will be created for sample soon
