GBODYPARTS ie. Brian

I don't Know what to do. I've called, i've emailed, i've called again, today i rang there phone 4, yes 4 times only to be hung up on.
my order was placed on GET THIS November 11, 2007 now i must say ,that the times that i have gotten through they have been very plesant and let me know that i was a valued customer and my parts will soon be in my hot little hands BUT, WTFreek. The last time i emailed someone i said if you can't get the RIGHT parts i ordered then send me some poly motor mounts insted. Once agian no response no parts. What are they out 2?


Get this, i ordered some heavy duty hose clamps off evilbay not knowing that they were made in china. and lo-and behold the came FROM HONG KONG in 14days. I've read that alot of other members bashing chinese products (on their chinese made computers ) but i think that maybe the US venders should look at THEMSELVES and ask, "why are my sales down" when they do such a FINE job

This is not acceptable not only have they not responded but there not doing anything..
Sure i only spent 300.00 with them but it shouldn't matter.
I know the squeeky wheel gets the greese so i'm startin to squeek. YEAH i know im gonna get flamed, and told that its NOT THEIR FAULT and brian was so and so, and the manufacturer was back ordered. BLa Bla Bla "evilbay had the parts"

I've never written a post like this and have allways given a business the benifit of a doubt. I'm not hard to please. Just do what you SAID you would do and provide the merchandice. I FEEL ROBBED, AND YES ITS GBODYPARTS FAULT

if you are trying to get up with Brian who knows when he will be back I have
been watching his kids since they have been gone. They told me when they left
Friday the 4 they would be back Monday the 7 then monday they said they'd be
back Tuesday and so on.

It just seems weird to me that someone that owns as large of a company as brian does would do a thread explaining where he's going and to help whoever on there certian project. And other people have to post in his honor to let there customers know where he is.

Looks even the people watching his kids apperantly don't know when they are coming home.

Brian is a great stand up guy and has helped me twice and that was great buisness in my book. This is certianly confusing to see this happen cause it's not like him..

Sounds like Brian is really sick...I don't know what has happened to him but I'm sure he is very concerned with what is going on at home. I do know this, Brian takes his business very seriously. I am positive that he will make things right with who ever has issues with shipping and/or a parts order.

Call and talk with brian himself, he is back now guys. He was VERY sick and ended up stuck here for almost 2 days before he could finish driving back home because he felt so bad and I am not talking upset stomach. I hope they find out what the deal is when he got back home as the hospital down there was worthless. Ran a bunch of tests on him and ran up a bill then gave him about as much info as I could have grrrrrr. Give him a holler, its probley just a screw up and he will take care of it for you. Also you might want to ask him how he is doing first, remember he is a member here just like we are weather he is a vendor also or not. I would be upset also if I ordered it in november, try and get him again and I am sure he will striaghten it out for you. Daniel Ray

I have dealt with Brian since 02 and he has never done me wrong and he has always went out of his way to help, give him the benefit of the doubt due to his circumstances. I know I have had difficulties in the past and no one likes to eat crow but you know some hot sauce and cheese dip usually makes it taste better!!!!!!!!!:redface:

Gbodyparts took a long time to mail me my brake conversion, but when I contacted Brian about it he took care of it quickly, it was a simply shipping mistake. He seemed to be a pretty good guy, but hanging up on customers is not a mature way to handle things in any case. There are always better ways to handle things than hanging up the phone...

In any case, hope the guy is ok...

Guys,

Brian had a heart attack. He's doing better, and he's back at his shop. He is balancing the need to run the business, and not stressing his way into another cardiac event.

I've talked to him several times this week- he's never hung up on me, and he's doing his best to make things right. He's a damn fine vendor, and a stand up guy- cut him a bit of slack.

Hope this helps clear some of the "where's Brian" mystery.
