Gear selector nut: size & thread count?

My new 200-4R did not come with a gear selector nut, so I need to buy one. But first I need to know the size and thread count. Can anyone help with this?

I can help you.

The size and pitch you need is 10X1.5 metric. Any shift lever nut from a 700, 200c, 200, 400 88and up, will work. A standard 350, 400 will not.
