getting the air out?

[Hot Air 85]

How do I go about getting all the air out & fluid in...tranny was out of car lines off and empty converter off & empty ish, new external tranny cooler added...I need to get the fluid running around and the air out. How do I go about doing this.

Any input appreciated.
