GF buyin me a turbo!

Well tax returns on its way and outta that she says I'll be gettin a new turbo.

I realize that's not the most effective next mod for me, but I'm not gonna say NO.

I was thinkin a TA-60 or a TE-60. Should be big enough for me to "grow into" dontcha think? I want to avoid having to continuously upgrade the same part, so the bigger the better.

The new trans with a 3000 stall will be done by spring as well ... so spooling shouldn't be a problem.

What do you guys think? I realize i'll be needin injectors / chip with it, maybe MSD 50's?

Id recommend a TE44 or TA49, best "inbetween" turbos there are IMO.

I have a TE-61 being shipped to me as I type. I am running the MSD 50's (Hope you have already done the fuel pump and regulator!) and with the 3000 stall you are planning, you should be golden.

TE = non-stock, a little more efficient housing
