Girdle Instructions

I'm about to put my motor back together and I realized I no longer have the instructions for my RJC girdle. Is there still a place on line that has the instructions? I'm looking more for the spec's (torque and clearances).

i just spoke to jason.he said to go to his website. they are on there if you go to the girdle kit.
