The 1990 Corvette ZR-1 (1 of 1) sold for 137K, the announcer said it was powered by a LT5 ????

And a 1997 Monte Carlo (similar to the 2000 & up production body style) Dale Earnhardt edition with his sig sold for 135K and to the same guy that bought the Vette.
The engine I think was a 3.8 but the top of the motor was something that I have never seen on a 3.8? They said the car was street legal, it did have yellow letter'd Goodyear eagle tires.

I wanted the one millionth saturn.

Brand new 95 with 34 miles for $6500? Can you say winter beater? It had a regular VIN and was unmodded so there'd be few hoops to jump through to tag it in KS.

I thought the same thing. I would like to have that car. I also thought the impala SS six speed was a great buy for around 20k.

When you consider that the '70 ZL1 alum. big block cars, of which there are 2, have sold for over 1 million, that UNIQUE FACTORY ZR2, had to be the buy of the decade!

The price for the WE4 was actually pretty good IMO. If you look it is not a 100% original car plus it has non-GM interior and other parts. I saw no mention of actual mileage either. It did better than most of the mid 70's and up cars until you start getting into the ZR-1's and other "exotic" builds. You had to get back into the heydey muscle cars before prices started to really exceed the Buick.

I take that back, I just found out Bob bought 4 cars there yesterday at a cool $300k+ in one day! Maybe Bob will bail out GM himself...

He is there again today but I don't think he bought anything. He did go up against Rick hendrick in bidding for the white "lightweight" ZR-1 Bob steped back at $160,000

Saw a 95 Monte Carlo led sled go for $50k. Ugly as sin too.

Does anyone really ever buy the cars for what they go for on there? Or is it just another fake show like Jerry Springer or Judge Judy?

YES they do !!! A lot need the one shot of them on TV to make their day after the BIG $$$$ purchase  there are also some decent deals that are NOT on the prime days

I also wanted those saturns.... No im not gay. I've been a saturn tech for 10 years. Just like the cars. If they were sedans I would have been there to bid.
