I needed this GM EOS for two new motors im putting together but couldnt find it anywhere but a GM Dealer who doesnt keep it in stock so i had to buy a whole case. Im willing to part with atleast a half a case if anyone with new motor who are getting ready to break them in or any engine builders out there. it cost me almost $120. for the case, so i guess for $60. a half a case or about $10. per bottle i will sell it to whoever needs it. thanks--PS> this helps break in new motors and new cams without alot of problems- never had a cam or motor failure when using this stuff-highly recommended.

What kind of GM dealer doesn't keep this stuff in stock? Good luck! with your sale. Brian

I 'm pretty sure that Nick M. runs that in new motors and every oil change. its good stuff. ;) It has all the additives that the EPA has taken out of most oils. I'll keep watch on this thread I might by 2 or 3 bottles from you if you can't move em.

Thanks - i really only needed two bottles but if that s what it takes to get it - it is still worth it to protect the motor and cam plus my rebuilt have been sitting for alittle while and want to make sure i have enough protection in there.

I'll get with you next week and snag a few bottles from you. I have a longblock that I just put in that has been sitting for 12 months. it should be ok, but some of the EOS is cheap insurance.

BTW: The Valvoline Racing oil is also good stuff. I have used it for years and I believe Bruce does as well. It has all the friction modifiers that conventional oil and yes even synthetic doesn't have. This is why it is for "offroad use only"..lol

Funny how you didn;t see many if any cams go flat when these cars were new. The oils were much different back then before the EPA got to them.

Definently- what i plan on doing is before i put the intake on and install the motor im gonna pour a bottle over the lifters and down into the oil drains to the cam lobes to make sure i have a good coating on them parts and hope that everything should be OK.
