That's Heath Elmers old car correct?
I believe he originally sold it on Ebay too.
Gorgeous paint on that thing

Nice car. Funny with all the work and attention to detail done that he didn't opt for swingouts on the bar

I wonder how much it will finally sell for? My guess is $30K.....

anyone else?

i have seen this car in person (last year at a car show i attended) Beautiful car i wonder why he is selling it, i dont even think he has it a year yet.

I LOVE THAT CAR!!! definatly my favorite turbo buick of all.....maybe ill hit the lotery in the next 8 days and xx hours and buy it.....yeh fat chance:(

And to think, not one of our custom parts on it. Sweet ride! He must be pretty confident that it will sell for a good price with no reserve on it. Hmmm, got a two car garage now with one empty bay, wonder if he would take my 23k mile GN in trade?

would love to see that thing in person...is it completly flawless as it appears in the pictueres?

honestly when i saw it, it was nice, but not as nice as his ebay pics or GMHTP pics (these look like it was just detailed) In person it was beautiful DONT GET ME WRONG, but it wasnt as clean or high polished as it is now under the hood.

but still a beautiful car.

I LOVE the interior and engine bay, but I am not hip to the lowered look of the car, or the fender flares. I am too old fashioned. No Way it gets 30k, I say high teens low 20's

its historic... I believe that was the first issue with a model on the cover

why are so many people bidding so early on a no reserve auction?why dont they wait until the end?they are driving the price up.

Two words: Shill bids

The Blob hit the nail right on the head! Note that "hangnhi", who has no purchase history, has been the high bidder for most of the auction. Either he is really stupid and has never played poker, or he is just bidding the car up to where the seller wants it, and then waiting for someone to outbid him and then he will drop out and stick the car to the new bidder!

Chris

Check out the bid history, there are a lot of other bidders with ZERO feedback as well. Wonder if the seller frequents the board?
