If so, your cam is bad too! from my understanding, the stock gm lifters are GOOD.

Aug 7, 2009 #4 J Just a Six?? OK! Who Farted?? Joined Jul 4, 2003 Messages 3,574 The GM lifters are stronger as they have a Stellite (sp) foot on them & IMO are quieter than Sealed Power. As mentioned I would grab a new cam & break it in properly. You cant go wrong with the Erson Cam & GM lifter combo. Super Quiet!
