gm part #22038589 power antenna bracket

I need the bracket that goes on the new gm power antenna I bought this power antenna 7 years ago and now just using it but it does not come with the lower bracket instructions at gnttype.org says it's part # 22038589 but I just checked at gmpartsdirect.com and appears to be discontinued ,, my original power antenna this part is spot welded on I'm assuming the replacement is bolt on?
