GM trans rebuild kit questions

I am going to buy a friends 200 rebuilt by a GM dealer with a GM rebuild kit and wandered what exactly was included in their kit? This is so that I know exactly was is in the trans that I am getting..

kit is just the same stuff the manufracturer installed at the assembly line.

thanks Chris but I was hoping someone had info on what is in the kit?? Is it just clutches and seals or does it include more??

Are the oem clutches of decent quality?? etc?
