GN 8445 Heads

I wanted to know are all 8445 casting heads Champion heads or are champion heads a different casting? Also I have a 3.8 GN motor for sale on the board and it is complete and ran great, I am asking 1,750.00 and I would have figured it sold. Is that a fair price..

champ irons are ported stock 8845 heads ,
the 8445's were stock on 3.8s and werent limited to the turbos , the NA motors used them too
