Does the vacuum block have the extra tap for vacuum brakes?

It came off of an 87 GN' ..Do they normally come with that?

If the car still retained the Powewrmaster brakes then it would, in all likelyhood, have the stock vacuum block. A picture would help. Thank you for your time. Brad
