IT WOULD BE A WASTE OF A GOOD TANK....
i think youd have problems cause youd have to use the sending unit for n/a to do away with the fuel pump and with all the baffling in the turbo tank i dont think the n/a unit will fit in it.
Maybe you could install the gas tank with the electric fuel pump, wire it up and install a return-style regulator feeding directly to the carb. That way you can do away with the engine driven fuel pump and save 1/2 a horse

Yes you could run the the return line where the carcoal canaster line is and by pass it. Since you have the tank, why not change to a closed loop FI unit?
