Just wondering...what are you GN owners paying for auto insurance?

1800 every 6 months, ab honor roll, never had any tickets, never wrecked, 12 other cars. i was only paying 365 bucks a year before!!! thats a buck a day!!!

$635 for the year with full coverage. When I drop all the coverage for the winter when it sits it will go down to the $300 range.

What does your binder say about allowable use?

When I spoke with Grundy reps all they could write me was a policy where allowable use was basically defined as going to car shows, club events, etc.-- no trips to the 7-11, mall, work, pep boys, beach, etc...

I tried 2 different Grundy reps and both told me that this is all they offer, but it has been a year and maybe they're broadening their coverage (or maybe I got 2 duds).

www.grundy.com and fill out the online estimate.. it was right on for me. ALL classic insurance really don't allow normal trips to the store.. Thats the reason its so cheap. If your car is not exposed to a risk of getin banged or stolen, it keeps the price low. The best part about grundy is the no cap of 3000 miles if you wanted to drive your car on a Sunday or to car shows and cruise nights. And NO deductable..
I have had, JC taylor, American collectors, Condon & Skelly and grundy is the best..
BTW- their home office os in Willlow grove. Right round the corner and the people there LOVE GN's and are car people thru and thru

Im with geico, two cars and GN with full coverage/$500 ded is $467/year. I have a question about geico, they hit me with a "auto performance" surcharge on the GN because its high performance eventhough I explain to them its just a six cyl and there are other non performance cars out there with higher HP numbers and they don't get hit with this surcharge. Anyone else know about this?? Doesn't someone on this board work for geico?

i pay $250 a MONTH for insurance on two vehicles...GN full coverage and 91 GMC sierra truck with just liability (this is nationwide insurance)

that's $3000 a year...good god i need to grow up and get married!
