hello; I'm a lttle pissed. I e-mailed GN1 and was asking what there return policy was and the answer I got was "don't waste my time or yours"
I'm interested in a turbo heat shield replacement with one of those heat blanket covers. They have one on there site that I was going to buy but if I didn't like it what to do. Maybe because it would be a small sale but I guess he don't like returns.
I'll call them next week and get the real deal.

Hmmm I don't know anything about that vendor but the idea nowadays of people trying stuff and sending it back doesn't always work, its expensive for one. I can understand if the part was faulty or poor craftmanship or what have you but buyers have to step up to the plate and be responsible too...if that makes sense. I'm not saying your like that but we live in a instant gratification world where nobody takes responsibility.

GN1performance.com??

Oh man.. I hate to bad mouth anyone/shop ever. But these guys have the ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere.
They lost about $5500 in sales from me.

I called them from my Afghani cell phone here and I immediately told them to bare with me if the phone cuts out, which happens rarely cause I'm parked right next to a cell tower. Dude answered really rudely. I am a noob, so I asked a simple question about this turbo kit. Dude starts barking at me after asking my compatibility question with my set-up with "YEAH YOU'LL BE FINE!" Real D*ckish and rude!!! I'm like WTF man! I was calling with a question right before I sent in a online order. Then I come on here, did not mention the shop at all, made a post about what I was planning on buying to find out I was going to be robbed by buying parts I couldn't use.

Booooooooo man... Booooooooooo!!

I wasn't very impressed with my phone call requesting information. Most of those parts are made in China.
