Might be another scam, I believe I have seen this car listed before on e-bay.
Seller joined e-bay Feb 17th of 2005, terms and condition section is fishy too. Typed with words backwards & such... and the e-mail account problem is wierd too.
I would be careful bidding on this car, you know the old saying if it sounds too good to be true it proably is

First, I want you to know that I live in USA,but for the moment I'm in
England.Two mounths ago my cousin died in a tragic car accident.
My cousin family need money urgently and thatsware i sell this car so
cheap,becouse i want to help they.
The car is in excelent condition .It has a title clear wich you will
recive along with the car and two rows of keys.
The buy it now price is 8000$ .
Regarding the payment method i would like to use Square Trade like a 3rd
party for the deposit.Square Trade is a affiliated company of eBay.They (as
you can see on ebay site map) develop the program Safe Harbour -Fraud
Protection.I am a seal member and that's mean I am backed up for all my
auctions on ebay.I pay them fees for that!
The car is allready to Square Trade,they inspected and tested the car to
see if the description on eBay matches with the real condition.
Look how they work:
1.I will contact them , and I will send your shipping information.
2.They will send us mail forms (the forms will be from customer support
team) for you about payment deposit.
3.Those forms must be filled by every part of this deal(me and you)
with infos that they required.
4.We must submit the forms.
5.After you will inspect the car,Square Trade will send me the
payment infos and I shall pick up the money.
This means a 3rd party.
After all that will be done,the car will be shipped from Square Trade,and
will arrive to your place in max. 10 days.
You will receive a tracking # in the same day that the car will be
shipped.
I forgot to tell you that the shipping is free if you pay 8000$ for my car.
If you want to go on with this deal , mail me asap because I have another
interested buyer and I need to sell this car fast.

#10 was sold . There have been a few scam auctions with this car !! Buyer beware!! If it looks to good to be true than it most likely it IS !!

telling me that he is no longer interested, because his wife wants other
car!!! A lot of strange persons on eBay lately...
It is still available for 8000 USD and if you want to buy it please give
me your name and shipping adress so I can contact Square Trade.
About the payment process you must to know that:
You must make a transfer with the deposit(4000$) via Money Gram to my
name and after that you must send a fax with the receipt of payment to
Square Trade so they can start the shipping process because the car is into
Square Trade possesion and they can't start the shipping process until they
will receive your fax with receipt of payment.After they will receive your
fax they will ship you the car and will give you the tracking #.When you
will receive the car and title you must send a confirmation to Square Trade
to tell them that everything is ok with the car so they can send me
the info about the payment.
The shipping is free only in US and Canada

When i search for cars on ebay, i choose Distance: Nearest First
i found a GT350 mustang right in my own backyard here at 66212 for 5000.00 buy it now and i wanted to look at the car about 2 months ago-
So i emailed the guy and got a immediate response saying that the car was his recently deceased brother here in 66212.
But the car was located in England and he would ship it back here for cheap
I told him i wasnt interested in buying a car that was listed here in my zip code but actually some place else....people suck, i knew it was a scam from his response and the low reserve price.

Ok, this could not be a serious auction. This guy was from America and was in England at present. Yet his use of the English language seemed more like a third world country level.

I emailed him as well, and got the same respose as above, verbatim. Funny thing is, he says in the ad that his ebay mailbox is full, or doesnt work, so he gives another addy. I contacted him through the addy that "doesnt work", and still got a response. There was some scammer that inquired about buying my old cobra when I had it for sale on ebay. he was going to offer me double the price I was asking, but it involved money laundering, more or less. I guess people from 3rd world countries think we're just as gullible as the people they scam in their own country.
This is the exact same thing that was up a few monthhs ago, guy saying he would take some low $ amt for a GNX, and I received the exact same emails as above listed when I inquired....even the thing about the guy in Chicago and wierd people on ebay that he said.
The same car a pics were on ebay justa few weeks before legitamitely from a dealer.
I kept emailing him telling him I had cash in hand just to screw with him since it was obviously a fake and where is the car for me to go look at it....he kept saying in SquareDs hands...again saying I wasn't giving any money to anyone until I saw the car, he said it was in Texas...so I said where as I'm in Texas...even told him I would give him $2k more, but didn't get another response.
The dealer that did still own the car put a bid up of $1 million and notified ebay.
The same car a pics were on ebay justa few weeks before legitamitely from a dealer.

I have to sell the car as quickly as i can because I must go back to the US for I have a lot of work to chach up with at the office.
