GNX #71 on Ebay

Does anyone know the history on this car? Not to be an a$$ but the speedometer looks bad to me and do the bumper fillers fade that much on a stored car?

unfortunately...our 9,000 mile car fillers are starting to go

I'm local to this car...I can check it out for anyone seriously interested
