GNX bushings

what is involved in installing the extra bushings. where do they go. any pics would be cool too. thanks dave

have the same question here,

I had my car up on the lift and was looking to put them in since directions say they just twist in, but I reall think the body has to be lifted to get them in, unless i was looking in the wrong place. I think they go where the body starts to roll down before the gas tank I saw two holes there that look to be in the right place but not sure myself, thats why they're still sitting on my workbench....

From everything I've seen about the number 5 bushing that you're talking about, you have to lift the body off of the frame a few inches to get them installed correctly. I'm looking into them myself.

see attached pic for body-mount locations. yes, the body has to lift a few inches to insert the "missing" #5 mount.

Lifting the body off the frame

Be sure you pay attention to the power steering hoses that go to the reservoir. You'll most likely have to losen the reservoir from the frame.
A busted reservoir isn't pretty.
