GNX Fender Flares

OK, I broke down and bought a set of GNX fender flares from the folks in Flordia that sell them on ebay. I read on a GNX website that the ASC trimmed the original wheel wells when they installed the flares. My question is how much sheetmetal should be trimmed off and where do you start trimming? (at what point(s) do you start and stop cutting? I think I will leave the rear alone and only trim the front (easier to replace a fender than it is to replace a rear quarter panel)

Does anyone know of a website of someone who has done this installation who can point me in the right direction??

I don't intend to build a GNX "clone" but I really think the flares set a GN off.........specially if it's lowered....

I talked to this guy.......unfortunately U have to trim the rears to lower it at all (or so I'm told). http://www.geocities.com/oneof200blackts/ Think he's on this board but not sure who he is.
