GNX Flare install question

I have some GNX flares I was thinking about putting on my car now that I have sourced some Simmons wheels that they would look good with.

I got the flares from G body parts. I see there needs to be a thin molding strip at the top? Where can I sorce this from?

How do the flaress fasten to the car? I would imagine they screw in on the bottom lip where the factory molding goes?
