Right.. Looks nice though..kinda funny I have a GNX Dash...Does that mean my car is a GNX?

Whatta bout one of those ther Footprint Gas Pedals??? HHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAW!

"It has GNX dash; wheels, tires, emblems, fenders, louvers and it even have an original GNX dash number 443."

...and, it has the super-rare stock GN rear suspension because the customer ordered it with the "GNX-rear delete" option.

How rare is that!

Wow!! I too have the same delete option. Mine doesn't even show up on the RPO tag in the trunk.

LOL

12.5 doesn't hit the reserve. I wonder if he set his reserve like it was a GNX.

"I have spent over $25000.00 of upgrade on this car. I took it to the drag and the car ran a best of 11.84 seconds in the quarter."

Only if you include the "750 hp" window sticker right next to the NOS sticker......

Man you guys are brutal. At least he's not trying to pawn it off as a real GNX. I betchya his asking price is in GNX territory, though. He'll learn......

Is the real GNX 443 still alive?

Jim

WOW....

"Hey the 80's called....They want their carphone back... "

Maybe that phone was a part of the "GNX delete" option! Or maybe the phone came as part of the set with the pedals! :D

Also is there a GNX missing its ID badge or is that one "deceased"?

Seriously...the car does look pretty clean. 12-13 grand should be about its limit as far as worth.

I read the ad he turned it into a "GNX "

as quoted on ebay :

I am the original owner of this car. This car has never been in accident not even in a fender bender. In 1988, this car has been transferred to a GNX by professionals and has been garaged and treated like a real GNX. It has GNX dash; wheels, tires, emblems, fenders, louvers and it even have an original GNX dash number 443. A normal person could never tell from a real GNX.

You kids today don't know the dirty secret of the motorola bag phone. They had 4 watts of power (vs. 1/10 as much in todays phones) and you could buy them for $25 and have then cloned for another $25. So, you could have a phone in every car (and not have to pay the phone company) with your number and it would still work out in the boonies... way out. Up until 1999 and the total switch over to digital phones these were the greatest things in car phones for cheapasses such as myself.

I was also wondering where to get the 750 hp turbo. Also if its a 750 hp turbo why does the motor only have 500hp? Are these seperate hp rating? one for the turbo and one for the motor. Can i just have my turbo dynoed;)

Yeah, that's what I was wondering? hell, why not put GNX #1 or #547 on there, that'd drive the price up!

I don't get why people try to make their cars look like something they're not. Oh well, sharp, clean car, I hope it sells.

***on my way to buy a 750 hp turbo***

:p
