GNX Wheels

I'm going to powdercoat or paint my GTA wheels. Is the center gloss black or semi-gloss. It's hard to tell from pictures (different lighting ect.)

I did mine with gloss black brake caliper paint in spray gun. I chose it because it matched the cars paint well, holds up to hi heat the wheels are subject to and is very chip resistant. no worries about it ashing or chipping off.
