This evening I decided after buying a new TCC, Filter, O-ring, and gasket to re-install the lock up function in a 200-4R I purchased.
You see, I knew that it had been converted to non-lock-up before I bought it... well little did I know that the "shop" that did the work elected to remove ALL of the wiring inside the case. As well as the sensors and switches.
So my question is: Can I simply stick the TCC sillynerd back in place and hard wire it in on a switch via ALDL & the weather-pak connector in the side of the case? Effectively taking the 4th gear pressure switch outta the picture (currently it is a socket head cap screw
) and leaving lock-up a full manual production.
Thanks,
