Going rate for 1985 Turbo 3.8

I hope this is in the right forum. Could you guys help me out with pricing on a 1985 turbo 3.8? He is asking $1400 I don't know if that is good or bad. It has 68000 miles on it when pulled. Can't hear motor run either. Any help?

I also found an 1986 turbo for $2000 w/trans. but can't hear that one run either. I guess I will have to roll the dice and take my chances. Any recommendations on 1985 versus 1986?

Id spend the extra and get the intercooled intake stuff and the brf trans. Though it looks like in your pic the trans comes with that deal too. Check it for bq on the tag.
