Good street 50LB chip needed!

I'm looking for a good street chip for 50lb injectors. I want something as close to the factory chip as possible. I need to pass emissions and would like to have one chip that can do it all on the street. I'm currently running a testa chip but its set at 18lb of boost and I don't like the startup idle characteristics of it (goes to over 1500 then idles down). Any advice would be appreciated. Need to get one ASAP.

I also have everything to burn chips (I do it on my GTA) I can't find the hack for the chips or I would do it myself.
