good tuner and mechanic needed

i am in cumberland md which is close to winchester,va and not far from pittsburgh,i'm looking for someone to do a roller cam swap,install alky and tune the car,after that i'm looking for a good painter ,does anyone know anybody in the area i'm in to do this work on a 87gn?thanks bad87gn@yahoo.com
