I use Zaino on all my vehicles, even my wife's Trailblazer and my black Tahoe. It seems on the daily drivers that water beads nicely and dirt almost falls off of them when it rains.
Same as the rest . Use a good dish soap Dawn Ultra to strip all wax ;use a zaino clay bar Z-18, polish Z- 5 , says to use 3 or 4 times if you have some swirl marks, then I use the detailer Z- 6 gloss enhancer for small dustings. They have a terry cloth aplicator for the polish. Zaino Store
also bill ads is that auto detail supply? i buy stuff from mark all the time but the wax they sell dont last long i need sumtin to last atleast 2 weeks!! so i can wax every 2 weeks or so!! i hate black cars!!!
Do a SEARCH on "black"...or "acid rain"...or "water spots"...or "swirls"

that's now over twenty years-old.
I haven't used Zaino myself but have seen it used on a friends newer GTO and it works. I meant to order some last summer but I'm always buying parts and other stuff before I worry about buying wax. This year I will definitely be placing an order with Zaino.
One of the frequent questions I'm asked at car shows/cruise nights is if my GNX #181 purchased in October '96 with 7,500 miles and driven daily for the first year in all kinds of Chicago weather still has the original paint since it looks so great with no swirl marks whatsoever. I tell them it is and that in the spring when I take it out I usually wash it only once and then I use Zymol polish and the California car duster in between. The Zymol polish is all natural and not petroleum based as many other waxes are that have a tendency to dry out your paint. The polish does go on easy and is removed with very little effort. Zymol recommends that you do a small section at a time and use a back and forth motion when applying and removing and this virtually eliminates any swirl marks. I now have 21,000 miles and the car looks great. You can see some photos in the member's rides section. Polish also works better than wax since it doesn't build up as much that may cause smearing. Zymol also sell some expensive wax called Zymol Carbon made especially for black cars.
