I am looking for the part number if anyone has it for a slightly smaller belt than stock (200amp alternator has slightly smaller pulley than stock) Does any one know the correct part number/size? Summit doesnt have a comparison chart for Dayco/Goodyear.

Scott

I just went thru this very thing. The p/n for stock TR, in Dayco, is 5060640. The 640 part referrences 64.0 inches in overall length. I put a 5060630 on with the RJC lower pulley and Kirban's overdrive waterpump pulley. Works perfect and as a side note, the shorter belt is almost exactly half the cost of the longer?!

Ok, but now what is the goodyear belt number in comparison to the belt that your usin??? Thanks in advance

Scott

Use the same number but start with a 4, 5060640 will be a 4060640 goodyear, Just tell the parts dude that you want the = to the dayco number, goodyear might be close. Like a 4060641 or 4060642 and so on.
