I can no longer use the browser back button because it tries to go to something called googleads.doubleclick........
I look at the browser history next to the back arrow and there are sometimes 3 of these sites it is trying to go back to. So my options are hit the back broswer arrow multiple times until I get back where I came from, OR I display the browser history and click on Turbobuicks.com. I understand that you are trying to generate revenue with ads but this is a royal pain.

I am bringing this back up because you didn't bother to explain why this tracking cookie is attached to this site. I know your response to the question several of us have asked about the HATERADE that shows up on each thread is that it generates revenue to the site to help pay for it. But everytime I try to use the back arrow it hangs up because of Googleleads.g.doubleclick.net. I thought everyone would appreciate knowing that this is a Web Usage Tracking Cookie.

According to a web search -
doubleclick.net is an advertising network. It may be considered dangerous because they are notorious for attempting to track your browsing where ever you go on the internet, or at least where ever you go where they have clients.

As a retired computer analyst, I know how much trouble these tracking cookies can be and the problems they can cause. I know you are trying to find ways to generat revenue but didn't you consider the costs related to the site before you bought it?

I'm not trying to be a smart ass but I for one do not appreciate having software on this site that tracks my web activity. If I am wrong about this please advise as I am going on what I have found about this tracker on the internet.

Back button works for me. I dont know why Doubleclick would be on here. We dont have anything to do with doubleclick. Skim links, Viglink and Google are the only services we use here. Maybe since you referenced turbobuicks.com youre thinking about the other site.

I caught it loading while the page is loading Jay. I don't have the back button issue since I use tabbed surfing though.:) It does make the page take forever to load though.:(
