I finally got a scanmaster and got it plugged in. I adjusted my IAC and my TPS....that made a huge improvement...I got rid of my off idle hesitation. My question now is, what are the O2 millivolts supposed to read at thottle tip-in? Mine seem to hover around 750 then drop to 100-200 then go back. My car has always seemed to run just a little rough and I wonder if it is because of the injectors. The car sat for a long time and only has 5800 miles. How much retard is normal under WOT? Mine is zero, but I get some at shifts....what is normal?

Yes, that's pretty normal. The O2's are supposed to bounce during any time except WOT. They typically bounce from ~100 to over 800, and decel after a hard run will usually make 000. The computer constantly adjusts rich-lean and the O2's will bounce. When you see guys here referring to O2's in the ~800 range, etc it's WOT and the computer is in PE mode and ignoring the O2 sensor.

A blip of knock at shift is nothing to worry about. Climbing KR is a concern and typically happend in 3rd gear when load is greatest.

Zero KR is ideal. For some reason though my car runs fastest when I get 0.7 KR at 85 mph when the converter locks up. I got 5.5 KR one run and let out of it (lean with a 740 O2) and I took out a head gasket on my next pass.
