govenor housing gasket on 2004r

Im gonna have the pan off to re-torque the valvebody bolts due to a problem with delayed upshifts. While im in there, I wanna check the govenor springs and check balls. Is it ok to re-use the govenor housing gasket or could it cause problems?

It's ok to re use as long as it doesn't tear ..

Thanks for the responses people and thank you Greg for the offer on the gasket. I also have a second one that been used once and its not torn so I should be ok. Ill keep ya in mind though.
