need advise with :
my other car has a late 2-3 WOT when hot, works perfectly otherwise. detent cable and modulator function is normal. Sometimes this car wont shift 2-3 till 6500 rpm. the governor is .800 where there is no wear from riding in case, worn to .792 on the innermost ringland. Should I throw a governor at it or look elseware?
