SMS auto fabrics has the grey Palex material. Go to their site and request a sample.
Palex sample I got the matched the area on my seat not sun faded. But it's around $80 a yard. If you want to go that route, you'll need a good upholsterer to unstitched the old and stitch in new material.

My drivers seat bottom had a tear and all the other seats are in good condition. I was going to order one yard but found a really clean passanger seat from a member. Had my upholsterer unstitch the donor Palex and velor from the piping and transferred to my drivers bottom. I also used the donor foam. All seats look matching with 25 years old material.
