Grand national vin check

Was wondering if anyone had access to run the vin of a GN I came across. Car has no title but is very complete and just wondering what the history of the car is and if a title can be obtained. Please let me know if you can help

take the VIN to your local DMV and they can tell you the status of the car... they might not be able to tell you who the registered owner is due to privacy laws, but they can tell you if it's stolen and maybe direct you to the proper paperwork to get a title for it if it's legit..
