Man I hate to gripe about this but im getting a bit pissed.I have a DMH exhast cut out and need a replacment motor and gear box for it.I got a hold of them thanks to a board member here and they said they would ship me out the part i needed.Well its been about two weeks and still no parts,They are either super busy or just don't return phone calls or e-mails.This simple part is keeping me from enjoying my car what gives and what ever happend to customer service .

well still can't get ahold of them and still haven't recieved the part i need .I might have to buy a new one from another vender this really sucks .Im going to give it another week but as for right now im very dissapointed with DMH thats not a way to treat customers.

I have given him the link to your previous post. Can't believe you still haven't heard from him??????????????????????? I just talked to him the other day and mentioned your situation to him.


These are a great product and he does stand behind it with a four year warranty. At times I have had a hard time getting in touch with him too. How hard is it to answer an email anyway?? Will try again for you .


I just left another message on his answering machine about you. Please note that my customer service has nothing to do with his. Always try to get back to people as quickly as possible.

Thanks for helping me out ,No I haven't heard back from him I tried calling today but the phone was busy for about 3 hours .I finally did get the answering machine again and left my two numbers they could reach me on again.

Update I just wanted to let you know I recieved my parts today .

Good to hear, you prolly could have saved the headache by buying it straight from Mark

On a side note, got all my parts today Mark, satisfied as usual!
