Group purchase 10-15% off Boyd's rims

Thought some of you might find this interesting. A guy on the www.Pro-Touring.com BB has set up a group buy for 10-15% off Boyd Coddington wheels through www.sportruck.com.

I bought my wheels through these guys, and they had the cheapest prices I could find without a discount..so this sounds like a pretty good deal.

Mine are 17x11 and 17x9.5, with the centers powdercoated charcoal; pictures are here, here, and here.

Is this still going on? I ordered my Boyd's 13 weeks ago and I still don't have 'em. I may cancel the order and start over!

I want the "Harm" from the "Gotcha" series. 2- 20X8.5 and 2-17X7.

Glad you like it! It just needs to be done. The sizes on my car wouldn't work on most TRs; I have the B-body spindles, no front inner fenders, and a mini tub and frame notch in the back. That said, they are 17x11 with 5.5 backspacing and 17x9.5 with 4.5 backspacing, respectively.

I don't know much more than I posted above; visit the pro-touring site for details. It took them about the same time frame to make my wheels, although they told me it took extra time to get the special powdercoating done.
